Training for me – it's more admired than work. In the world there are countless experienced coaches that I'm looking for models and his coaching methods. Some of these coaches – Gregg Popovich, Steve Kerr and John Calipari. As I have said, in the game of basketball there are many coaches who I admire, but these three methods and styles of coaches stand out to me the most. These coaches, as I refer to coaching basketball as a passion, not a job.
Gregg Popovich, the current head of San Antonio stole coach trains for over 20 years and with the & # 39 is one of the most experienced coaches in the NBA today. Popovich is known that the team gathers young players hoping to get his players to play at the site with precision and accuracy. Popovic, who is now 68 years old, a child has always been a basketball junkie. Popovich with different supports training – it is something on which I model my coaching strategy. These five pillars – the belief in his team, conflict management, involvement, orientation, and team building.
Steve Kerr, the current head coach of the "Golden State Warriors", knows something about winning two and leadership. Coeur won a total of 5 championship rings, including three of the "Chicago Bulls" (1996, 97, 98) and two with "San Antonio Spurs" (1999 and 2003). Coeur also led the Golden State Warriors to 2 championships in the 2014-15 season and 2016-17 season. Coeur coaching style is based on the fact that his player could take control of the leadership team. He believes that his duty to the coach is to train and manage them in practice, and when it is time games, they must be ready and willing and able to help each other, when the team may face a conflict, they may face, with minimal assistance from the Carroll.
John Calipari, the current head coach of the basketball team of college Uayldkats Kentucky, practicing since 1988 and is currently training to this day. Calipari best known for his years in Kentucky, leading the Wildcats with a few titles and the Champions tournaments NCAA. There are many factors that lead to success Calipari as a coach, but one of the most important factors will be the philosophy of his team. This philosophy is to recruit most of the top prospects in the country to come to Kentucky to play. In addition, its ability to rely on first-year players, giving them a role in the management team, and allows them to be better leaders in the area and beyond. Calipari allows his natural talent players to determine the role in the team.
